餐廳的前身是一家法式餐廳，我們用最精簡的方式進行了修改，在時間的壓力下，將義大利街邊的元素融入，透過用餐區圓頂藝術家的創作結合著義大利的烹飪創意，每一道料理都是主廚們用心製作的藝術品，讓人彷彿能在每一口中感受到文藝復興時期的浪漫情懷，營造一種讓人忘卻時間的感覺，彷彿坐在義大利的街邊小店中，悠閒地享受美食。

The restaurant used to be a French eatery, but we made a simple change to incorporate Italian street-side elements under time constraints. Through the use of a dome in the dining area where artists showcase their creations, combined with the creativity of Italian cuisine, each dish crafted by our chefs is like a work of art. It evokes a sense of the romanticism of the Renaissance with every bite, creating an atmosphere where time seems to stand still. It feels like sitting in a cozy Italian sidewalk cafe, leisurely enjoying the delicious food.
