餐廳的設計是業主對高雄的熱情與品味的完美體現。作為一位國外歸國的主廚,他對美食和高雄的情感溢於言表。在設計時,特別將高雄的 山,海 融入其中,巧妙運用鏡面和深色格柵,表顯出時尚與現代感。此外,通過獨特的弧形天花板,營造出海洋的氛圍,使賓客彷彿置身於蔚藍的大海之中。

一樓通常被用作商業門面,然而JPARC卻大膽地將其打造成一個迎賓區。這樣的設計安排讓賓客在踏入餐廳的第一刻就能夠享受到第一道前菜–初識。

賓客登上樓梯,踏入二樓的用餐區時,他們將被引入由原始木皮和石材打造的帶著深色氛圍的舒適用餐環境中。

The restaurant’s design perfectly captures the owner’s affection for Kaohsiung and his distinct style. As a chef returning from abroad, his love for gourmet cuisine and Kaohsiung shines through. In crafting the design, elements of Kaohsiung’s natural beauty, like its mountains and sea, were intentionally woven in. Mirrors and dark grids were cleverly used to exude a chic, contemporary vibe. Arched ceiling! It’s like relaxing right in the middle of the ocean.

While ground floors are typically reserved for commercial storefronts, this restaurant boldly transforms it into a welcoming hub. It’s like an instant immersion into the restaurant’s ambiance, where you’re already savoring the first bite the moment you step in. Upstairs, in the dining area, it’s a whole new world. With raw wood and stone accents, it radiates a cozy, inviting atmosphere, inviting guests to unwind and indulge.
